Opening of the solo Pattachitra Exhibition বাঘের দেশে বৈশাখ (𝐵𝑜𝑖𝑠ℎ𝑎𝑘ℎ 𝑖𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐿𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑜𝑓 𝑇𝑖𝑔𝑒𝑟) by Potua Nazir Hossain. Took place in Venue: La Galerie, Alliance Française de Dhaka, Dhanmondi on Friday, 22 March This open to all exhibition, running till 2 April 2024 offers a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the enchanting world of traditional Bengali scroll painting, reimagined through the lens of contemporary artist Potua Nazir Hossain.
Pattachitra, an ancient art form originating from the Indian subcontinent, finds new life in the skilled hands of Potua Nazir Hossain.
